color. Webb’s evolution from top athlete to model to wellness guru involved personal struggles with depression
and body image, and she uses that perspective in her work with clients to powerful effect. She’s one of the most
inspiring, genuinely enlightening people we know, and this conversation is as joyful and actionable as it gets.
“Every day, start by trying to notice how skin color, socioeconomic status, or gender might subtly
impact how you treat someone,” she says. “Make a friend of a different culture—not forcefully, but really try to
get to know them.” Whether it’s how we can personally help make the world more inclusive, prevent insecurities
(body or otherwise), or use exercise and breathwork to get through something difficult, Webb’s advice is some of the most useful we’ve ever gotten. We managed to wedge in a little more by sending her the goop beauty
